An exciting, fully engaged workshop to gain skills that will definitely help your running.

Learn some powerful exercises to engage your posterior chain. 

Learn to fire your glutes and get a neutral spine which will help you run faster and more efficiently. 

These exercises require no equipment and can be done anywhere. 

Learn to use that roller you got for Christmas to help prevent injuries.

This is a practical session you will require clothing that does not restrict movement, also a roller is useful but some can be supplied.
